Uranium is a very radioactive metal. Its atomic weight is 240 and it is a solid. Its atomic number is 92 and its half life is 4 and a half billion years. Uranium’s melting point is 1135 degrees. And its boiling point is 3927 degrees. The person that found the element was a chemist named Martin Klaproth but it was only made pure by Eugene Peligot.
